Cancellation Policy
When booking you will be asked for the payment to secure your vehicle.
If you wish to cancel your booking we require 7 day’s notice for you to receive a full refund unfortunately if less than 7 day’s notice NO refund will be issued - if your circumstances change and you need to amend your booking / hire dates this can be done at no extra charge we just ask that you give us at least 48hrs notice and the changes are subject to availability.
No refunds will be given if you return your vehicle before your booked return date.
Bookings cancelled for busy holiday periods (Bank Holidays, Easter holiday or over Christmas and New Year holidays or any School Holiday periods) will not receive a refund if cancelled and cannot be deferred to another date. This is due to the planning and movement of vehicles for these key holiday periods. We would recommend that you arrange an independent travel insurance to cover for any eventualities.
